PROPERTY
Nestled in the grounds of a magnificent Georgian Old Rectory built in 1842 with sweeping lawns and stunning gardens, The Old Stables sleeps up to 4 guests and can be rented as a one or two bedroom property as the layout makes it easy to close off a wing without affecting the cosy atmosphere. If just one bedroom is used the charge is adjusted accordingly. The property has been painstakingly restored by it's interior designer owner combining a superb modern kitchen and wet room with traditional oak beams, antique French and OKA furniture.

The kitchen, dining, sitting room is a huge space equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are two gorgeous bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other can be made up either as a super king or twin-bedded room. Oak French doors open up to the garden from all rooms and Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy towels from The White Company ensure this is a truly luxurious sanctuary away from it all.

The property is all on the ground floor with wide doors making it suitable for disabled guests and there is plenty of parking right outside.

The venue is perfect for brides to be, who are welcome to invite hair, makeup and family to help prepare for their big day, they can take unforgettable photographs in the gorgeous garden before heading off for their nuptials and return with the groom for the wedding night.

The Old Stables is a separate property from the main house with it's own front door and parking. For the privacy of guests there is a patio area complete with table, chairs and barbeque right outside the property but guests are equally welcome to explore the rest of the 1.65 acre garden and find a quiet spot to watch the sun set.
